Terms of Service

FastenFab offers a range of 3D printing services through our website. One of our key features allows you to upload a 3D file to our platform and visualize it in 3D.

If you wish to bring your 3D model to life, you can place an order with us, and we will manufacture it according to your specifications. For a service fee and the cost of materials used, we will produce your 3D model using advanced 3D printing technology and ship it directly to you.

Ordering Process
(A) Placing an Order – To order a 3D model you’ve designed or one you’ve discovered through our services, simply select the model. You can then choose the quantity and, if applicable, the material you’d like the model to be made from. Next, provide the necessary delivery details, followed by the required payment information to complete your order.

(B) Unacceptable Orders or Cancellations by Us – There may be technical or other reasons why FastenFab cannot accept or may cancel your order at any stage, even after initial acceptance. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, the unfeasibility of the model, infringing features, or issues with the delivery destination. If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email and, except in cases of fraud or policy violations, issue a full refund for the canceled item(s).

(C) Prices – Prices displayed on our website are indicative and valid only at the time of display. FastenFab reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders completed before the update. While we strive to avoid pricing errors, should one occur, we are not bound by the incorrect offer and may cancel the order. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded.

(D) Payment and Price – The total amount on the ordering page includes the service fee (covering printing and packaging), material costs, shipping fees, and sales tax. Import duties or taxes (if applicable) are excluded. For paid orders, production begins after payment authorization. For bank transfers, production starts once funds are received. If a payment method fails, we reserve the right to reprocess the payment or request an alternative method.

(E) Acceptance – Upon accepting your order, we will send a confirmation email to the address linked to your FastenFab account. The confirmation is effective from the date it is sent. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you via email. Please review the confirmation email carefully and contact customer service promptly if you spot any errors.

(F) Shipping – Shipping and refund policies are as per FastenFab’s guidelines.

(G) Cancellation and Returns – Due to the personalized nature of our services (i.e., each 3D print is made to your specifications on demand), orders cannot be canceled once placed. We use the model file version available at the time of purchase. Additionally, except where required by law, gift card purchases are non-refundable.

(H) Content Policy Violations – If we determine that your model violates our content policy before printing, we will refuse to print it and issue a refund. If a violation is identified after printing, we will not ship the model and may not provide a full refund.

Warranty
FastenFab warrants that the manufactured model will substantially match the features of the indicated 3D model, within the limitations of 3D printing technology. We do not guarantee the model’s appearance, weight, or suitability for any specific purpose. Please inspect the model immediately upon receipt. If you believe the model is faulty and qualifies for a replacement under this warranty, contact us at sales@fastenfab.com within 7 days of receipt. Warranty claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the model. Do not return the model unless instructed. We will confirm eligibility for a replacement or refund and cover transportation costs for faulty products.

Important Note: Models should not come into contact with electricity, food, liquids, or heat.

Intellectual Property Rights
As the designer, you retain all intellectual property rights to your 3D design, including any derivative works like 3D renders. FastenFab will not use, modify, or display your design or its derivatives except as specified in our agreement. By uploading your design, you warrant that it is your original work and does not infringe on third-party rights. If your content is found to be infringing or unlawful, you agree to defend FastenFab against any claims and cover all related damages and costs.
